Ingredients:
- 2 cups chicha morada (purple corn beverage)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- Fresh fruit, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine chicha morada, heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until it reaches a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle gelatin powder over the mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or ramekins. Let them cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit of your choice.
