- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the sparkling lemonade, fresh raspberries, and lemon cream.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses or bowls are filled.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
