Ingredients:
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped fresh chives.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
