Ingredients:
- 16 large button or cremini mushrooms
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chop the reserved mushroom stems and sprinkle them over the stuffed mushroom caps.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
