Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup smoky BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cooked and sliced tri-tip steak
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza dough packaging.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the smoky BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top the BBQ sauce with the sliced tri-tip steak and caramelized onions.
- Sprinkle the shredded Gouda cheese over the toppings.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven according to the instructions on the pizza dough packaging, usually around 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
