These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a vegetarian twist on classic buffalo wings. The cauliflower florets are coated in a spicy buffalo sauce, baked until crispy, and served with a creamy blue cheese dip and fresh celery sticks.
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blue cheese dip
- Celery sticks
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it’s fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the blue cheese dip by combining your favorite blue cheese dressing with some crumbled blue cheese.
- Serve the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with the blue cheese dip and celery sticks on the side.
