Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Apple Slaw:
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, molasses, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Place the ribs in a large dish and pour the glaze over them. Ensure the ribs are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the ribs for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and tender. Baste the ribs with additional glaze during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- While the ribs are cooking, prepare the apple slaw by combining the sliced apples, red onion, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat.
- Serve the grilled ribs with the apple slaw on the side. Enjoy!
