Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each piece of pork tenderloin with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Place the bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the honey sriracha glaze over the bacon-wrapped pork bites.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the pork is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
